Join us for a weekend of events celebrating BAM (Black American Muslim) culture in the Washington DC and Baltimore Metropolitan Areas!

The Jummah Link Up (This event is free and open to the community.) 

We are kicking things off with attending Jummah together at a BAM-led Masajid in D.C. & Baltimore. We encourage all to attend and support one of the following masajid:

Bring the family out to enjoy a night of fun and good eats! Featuring DC vs. Baltimore basketball games (adults and children) and our favorite local BAM players ! Grab an easy and delicious dinner from local food vendors.

This event is a celebration of the BAM: Born and Raised experience, highlighting DC & Maryland/Baltimore BAM culture.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

The Dress Code: BLACK with a touch of Sparkle

Attire is formal or semi-formal.

Brothers, bust out your best suit or Eid attire!

Sisters, bring out your gowns, sequins, glitter, and gems of any color, whether a little or a lot!

Please note: 

  • This event is for BAMBAR group members and their spouses. (Black born and raised Muslims that arent in our Facebook group are WELCOME to attend as well).
  • There will be light music played duing this event.
  • There will be limited tickets available for children (ages 3-10).
